Hello!

For those who do not know me, my name is Torri, and I am the CEO of ACM.

When you hire my cleaning company, you’re not just paying someone to wipe down surfaces and make your space look good. You’re trusting my team with your home, your business, your environment, and the details that matter to you.

And that’s something I will never take lightly. 💚

As the owner of A Clean Mindset, I want people to know there is a difference between cleaning for a paycheck and building a business around something you genuinely care about.

🧼 Cleaning is therapeutic for me. There is something so satisfying about transforming a space, bringing order to chaos, and leaving someone with an environment that feels lighter, fresher, and more peaceful. Yes, this is my business, and yes, it needs to be profitable. But my passion has always been about more than money.

🌿 I research the products we use. I care about what we put on your surfaces, what we breathe in every day, and how the products we choose affect the longevity of the spaces we maintain. I’m not interested in a quick shine that comes at the expense of long-term care. I want to make informed choices that prioritize effectiveness, surface compatibility, and quality.

📋 I invest in training, quality checks, and consistency. A great cleaning company shouldn’t depend on who shows up that day. I dedicate time to training my team, checking our work, refining our processes, and making sure the standard we promise is the standard we deliver. Because quality shouldn’t be a guessing game.

💪 And yes, I wear A LOT of hats. From managing schedules and communicating with clients to researching products, training employees, checking quality, solving problems, and stepping in when needed, I work hard to stay connected to every part of this business. I never want to become an owner who loses touch with the very work that built the company.

I’m building something bigger than a cleaning service. I’m building a company rooted in honesty, reliability, education, accountability, and pride in our work.

Will we always be learning? Absolutely. Will we always look for ways to improve? Without a doubt. That is part of being a business owner who genuinely cares.

My favorite lineup to clean with! 🧼

These products work well across a variety of surfaces and offer a more natural approach to cleaning.

Ideally, we prefer fragrance-free products whenever possible, especially since we’re exposed to cleaning products and their scents throughout the workday. Athos still has a scent, but it’s much less harsh than many traditional cleaning products.

I love how well these products perform while taking a more natural approach. They also work quickly to break down buildup, which is a huge plus when you’re cleaning professionally every day!

All Summer the posts have been commercial this, busy season that- and I want to give a special post for where my heart has always cared for most ❤️

Where this business started, residentially.

I still remember where I was when majority of my first few clients called me. I remember all of the consultations & I remember all of the nerves starting this business from scratch.

I won’t ever forget any of those first conversations. Residential to me, is personal.

It takes a lot of courage to reach out to a company for help, trust people in your home, and patience for the team to learn your home. Cleaning is not black and white. Every house is special and every client has different expectations. To each client, thank you for helping us figure out the gray areas while we learn your home.

All of ACM is appreciative that you choose us to be your cleaning team. We know there are many options out there & we strive to be consistent, reliable and professional.

During season, I had to turn away a lot of potential clients to make sure I could provide quality to the ones scheduled. After this season, we have restructured the teams schedule and can finally ACCEPT NEW CLIENTS 😊 & don’t worry we have next season covered to continue the workload to ensure quality expectations are met!

STOP SCROLLING FOR JUST A SECOND. 🖤

There is a very real possibility that someone reading this is fighting a battle they haven’t told anyone about.

October is a month that brings awareness to two causes that affect countless lives: breast cancer and domestic violence.

But behind the awareness ribbons are real people. Real families. Real stories.

🎀 BREAST CANCER

For the woman who just heard the words, “You have cancer.”

For the mother who is fighting to see her children grow up.

For the daughter sitting beside her mom during treatment.

For the survivor whose scars tell a story nobody else can fully understand.

For the families who have lost someone they love.

And for every person still fighting today.

💜 DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

For the person who has been told they’re worthless so many times they’ve started believing it.

For the person hiding bruises.

For the person walking on eggshells in their own home.

For the person who is afraid to leave.

For the person who desperately needs someone to say:

“I believe you. You are not alone. You deserve to be safe.”

These aren’t just awareness campaigns.

They’re people.

PAY ATTENTION.

Check on your people.

Don’t assume someone would tell you if they needed help.

Listen without judgment.

Be the person someone feels safe talking to.

If your normal cleaning falls on a day ACM is closed, please contact Torri so we can find a day as close to your regular cleaning date as possible.
