We have been quiet 🤫 lately- but it is because we are working our favorite season 🎶

I, personally, run the night shift at CU1. It’s not for the weak and I am writing this on 3 hours of sleep 😴

A few updates:

-Residential Saturdays are closed until October due to concerts.

-We currently do not have any availability the first two weeks of June- so if you’re not scheduled in June and would like to be, please book sooner than later.

-If you are a monthly client- I suggest booking your next 3 cleans while summer is here 📅 we book out 6 weeks, usually.

- I have come across so many new hires for commercial season this year and I want to give a big shout out to them for all of their hardwork 🧼

- I will be sending out updated client checklists and rates per home in June that my team will leave for all clients. We will be in business THREE years June 28🎉

-We get the keys to our shop, June 1 ☺️ we have finally outgrown the garage and expanding. My shop location is in Mokena- which is where 75% of our residential clientele is. Stay tuned for the add-on services to come, but I will tell you- one of them is LAUNDRY 🧺 services. 🙌🏼 Many have asked & I am listening 👂

A little leadership meeting to kick off concert season 🤩

Special announcement — Rani was promoted to SHIFT Lead 🤘🏼
She’ll be with the team for a year next month, and she has come so far with her skills, time management, and reliability. She has consistently shown up for this team and continues to grow into such a strong leader.

Ron-Bon, we are so proud to have you on this journey of growth 🫶🏼

In other news — the first concert(s) are this Saturday 🎶 which means residential Saturdays are officially CLOSED until October.

Books also closed April 30th for new maintenance clients through October, but we do still have a couple Monday & Tuesday openings available.

One-time cleans will be accepted as scheduling allows ✨

So proud of this team — every single person. The growth, hustle, and teamwork this season is going to take is huge, and I’m grateful to do it alongside all of you with ACM.

The littlest face of ACM… does he remind anyone else of The Little Rascals? 🥹

Alongside venue season, I’ll be stepping into a lot of new things this summer—moving into our new shop/office space, keeping up with my three (little and big) kids, and planning a wedding… in SEPTEMBER 🫣

With that being said, I’ve asked my shift leads to begin communicating through our CRM system to notify clients when we are en route and when your cleaning is complete. I simply can’t keep up with everything anymore—and I’ll be the first to admit it.

I am always available to schedule, just not always as quickly as I’d like to be. (I personally work overnights for the venues).

I also want to say thank you to the amazing clients who have supported us through this transition, embraced the new system, and continue to book ahead or communicate schedule changes in a timely manner ☺️
You truly make this growth possible.
