✅ At least 1 year of cleaning experience preferred (but we’re happy to train the right person!)
✅ Reliable transportation
✅ A strong work ethic
✅ A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team

To most people, these are just key fobs.

To me… they’re proof that hard work pays off.

They look 👀 like 10 long years of sweat, tears, sore muscles, and blisters on my hands. Missed baseball ⚾️ games. I see the nights I wondered if all the sacrifice would be worth it.

But most of all…

I see more opportunities for my entire team.
More stability.
More chances to grow.
More families being supported.
More doors opening for people who believed in this dream with me.

These little key fobs represent trust, growth, and another chance to build something bigger.

This isn’t just a win for OC Cleaning LLC… it’s a win for every person who puts on one of our shirts every day and gives their all. For every person that follows us and is growing.

This room unlocked a memory I wasn’t expecting

I walked into this room and instantly felt like I was back at my grandma’s house. I could almost smell fried apples 🍎 and hear my Grandma Betty calling us in for dinner. Some homes don’t just hold furniture… they hold memories.
