Starting prices:
Regular/Basic cleans: $150 for every 1000sq ft.
Deep cleans: base price starts @$250
Move Out/In cleans: base price starts @$300
Construction Cleans: based on sq.footage

*prices are subject to change based on:
Present animal hair, dirt, messes...etc.

Extra include(s): (prices are NOT for those already paying for deep cleans & move in/out cleans)
Ceiling fans/fixtures: $5 per
Baseboards: $10 per room
Kitchen appliances: $10-20 per
Windows and/or blinds: $10 per
Garage clean up: based on size and time

Starting today I will be requiring deposit of $50 that will go towards your clean. I will also charge a cancelation fee of $25 if notice is not given within 48hrs.
