This one in Covington has everything you want in a home resort. The footprint is so big it’s tough to get it all in a few pictures. 500 sq ft pool and spa, swim up bar, tanning shelf, marble paver decking, smart phone automation, variable speed pump, LED colored lighting, quartz plaster finish, chiller/ heat pump. The Pavillion has dry bar are next to pool, 3 tvs, big green egg smoker, fire pit on one side and a turf corn hole / putting green on the other. The porch on the main house has a full outdoor kitchen and bar. Shout outs to Pelican Outdoor Design and Gator Pavers for their parts on the project.
