Today is a bittersweet day for us.
When Dean first came on, it was supposed to be a summer job. He had already completed the HVAC program at Mountain Gateway Community College and wanted to take some time to figure out his next move. We're grateful he spent that time with us.
Dean took his job seriously from day one, learning every skill he could to grow his earning potential. Starting as a Level 1 Detailer, he worked his way up to leading our Mobile Detailing Division. Along the way, he helped get our ceramic coating program off the ground and played a big part in building The Flawless Standard we hold ourselves to every day. If you ever met Dean, chances are you remember his smile and how polite he was to everyone he worked with.
Now it's time for him to go after the career he trained for. He'll be missed around here, but we couldn't be prouder of him. Thank you, Dean, for your time, your hard work, and everything you poured into this team. All of us are cheering you on.
