This customer noticed severe throat issues when turning their heat on.

After arriving and during inspection we noticed they connected the duct collars over the insulation wrap

Due to them doing this, insulation was pushed throughout the system and into the homeowners air pathway causing him issues in his own home.

As dryer vent exhaust code changes, this type of piping is being used more and more.

Unfortunately when it is stretched it becomes easily torn.

This customer had a new dryer installed and they also installed a new 4 inch pipe behind the dryer

Unfortunately when pushing the dryer back into place they ripped the piping causing the homeowner to exhaust into their laundry area.

Thankfully they noticed the room becoming excessively hot and also accumulating lint over time
