We are pleased to introduce our new laundry services. Our comprehensive laundry solutions include:
- Convenient pick-up, washing, drying, folding, and drop-off.
- Same-day services available.* - Straightforward pricing for pick-up and delivery.
- Flexible service plans with no contracts or subscriptions required.

**Custom detergent options available. Bleach can be provided upon request. Special care items, such as comforters, blankets, and delicates, will be priced individually.**

How it works:
1. Schedule a Pickup – Choose a convenient pickup time. Same-day or next-day service is available in most areas. Book on here or by phone.
2. We Wash, Dry & Fold – Your laundry is handled with care and love, while using premium detergents, for fresher, happier clean.
3. We Deliver Fresh & Folded – Receive your clothes within 24–48 hours, perfectly folded, neatly packaged, and ready to put away.

Standard pricing is $2.50/lb (pick up-drop off approximately/up to 48 hours)

Same day services **on eligible orders is $3.30/lb

Hello, everyone! I am Samantha, co-owner and operator and I am Dakota is co-owner and operator and together we are... The Manic Maids!

My sister and I have decided we needed more, so we created this. Our very own and very first Women owned business in our family. She and I are both single moms, trying to support our families, and we thought..."hmm, normal 9-5's are just not cutting it in todays economy... what are we great at in our everyday day to day?" As mother's we find our selves always doing what? You guessed it! CLEANING! Every time we turn around, our kids have done it again, be kids and make messes.
Both my sister and I are Neurodivergent to put it plain, but we have a super power and that is ADHD!
Because of such, we have amazing attention to detail, when we clean, we clean! We enjoy it, and we also find it therapeutic.
Throughout our days we have come across a plethora of messes, so you can guarantee we are capable and experienced.
But here is the catch, we need you. We need you to give us a try, and if you love us, or even just like us, we'll take it! Because, without you, we have no Manic Maids the biz. We want to help you help yourselves.
We know how tough it is to juggle the day to day, Wake up, work, come home, cook, bills etc etc, and then you are too tired, or to busy to clean. Thats ok. We know you are doing your best, because we are too. So let us help you. We can clean the bathroom, the bedrooms, the kitchen, the den/living room. Empty apartments? Did tenants just move out? Make a mess? We got you! Did you just move into an apartment or buy a house? Need it cleaned, but can't seem to find the time? WE GOT YOU!
All we ask is help support our brand new local business, give us a try, then give us a review, spread the word if you love us. Let us know immediately if you do not. We cannot grow, if we do not know. All feed back is extremely welcomed!! We will try our very best, just as you are trying your very best.
