20 labor hours from a team that stayed late on a Friday night to knock this out.

This is real time on a Friday night. We have a team of five tackling a 6000 square-foot tile and grout machine cleaning at a warehouse office that desperately needs it. This floor has been soaking for 45 minutes and now the machine is getting ready to rip through it like butter. Love this part!

🎉 HAPPY BOSS’S DAY to our two fearless General Managers, Stephanie & Becky! 🎉

Let’s be honest… managing a cleaning company is NOT for the weak! 😂🧹

On any given day, these two are juggling:

📞 Employees calling in sick (usually at the WORST possible time).

🗓️ Schedules that change 47 times before lunch.

🤦‍♀️ The never-ending mystery of missing cleaning supplies.....and laundry that never stops and vacuums that need filter changes and maintained.

🧽 Customers who need something done yesterday.

⏰ Clock-ins, clock-outs, and the occasional employee who apparently forgot how time works.

🤹‍♀️ Putting out fires they didn’t start, solving problems they didn’t create, and answering questions they JUST answered five minutes ago!

And somehow, through all the chaos, they manage to keep Simply Cleaner running, our customers happy, and our team moving forward! ❤️

Stephanie keeps us organized, on track, and following the rules… while Becky reminds us that no matter what happens, “We’ll figure it out!” 😂

Different personalities, different strengths, but one incredible leadership team!

❤️ In all seriousness, these two women carry a tremendous amount of responsibility, and much of what they do happens behind the scenes. Their dedication, patience, hard work, and commitment to our team do not go unnoticed.
