New Capri Tools Semi-deep impact sockets in 3/8 drive, SAE and Metric! SAE 5/16 through 1" and Metric in 8mm through 22mm with no skips! They are perfect in so many ways. The 6 point Wavedrive hex broach is nearly as deep as their deep sockets, and the smaller sizes are a deep shoulder design instead of a tapered design, this giving you clearance to access fasteners in tight recessed areas. Compare them with their shallow and deeper counterparts, the mid length measure in at 1.8",where the shallows 1.2" and the deep ones at a tall 2.5". I expect that these are now going to be my "go-to" 3/8 drive everyday sockets!

Hi-Tek Automotive is now Hiring for the position of general automotive mechanic. We are in central Orange County in Costa Mesa CA. Customer came in complaining that the brakes were howling and squealing even though the brakes were recently done on this Kia SUV. It's hard to see in the pictures, but rotors completely overheated and discolored, the nearly new pads completely heat cracked and glazed. I'd venture a guess that they are fairly heavy on the brake or ride the pedal as they drive. 😕
