Pet Fee Clarification 🐾

We recently encountered some confusion regarding our pet fee, specifically whether it applies to cats. We’d like to take a moment to clarify our policy.

Our pet fee applies to any household with pets that are freely roaming, regardless of whether they are cats or dogs. 🐶🐱 or any other free roaming animal.

Pets naturally leave behind dander, hair, and other particles that can get into our cleaning equipment. Because we use the same equipment in multiple pet homes, we take extra steps to thoroughly clean and sanitize our equipment after pet-related jobs. This helps prevent cross-contamination between homes with allergens and ensures that every client receives the high-quality, sanitary clean they deserve.

The pet fee helps cover the additional time, cleaning, and care required for our equipment after these appointments.

We do have clients with no pets & they receive their services with pet free equipment.

We appreciate your understanding and respect for our policies. Our goal is always to provide the best, safest, and most thorough cleaning possible for every one of our clients. 🧼✨

✨We respect our clients, their homes, their time, and their expectations—and in return, we believe that mutual respect is essential. We work hard to provide quality service, and we ask that our clients honor the terms we have mutually agreed upon.

❣️Our goal is never to surprise anyone with a charge or an expectation. We want everything clear, upfront, and fair.
