HOUSE CLEANING vs. HOUSEKEEPING — YES, THERE IS A DIFFERENCE! 🏡

At ACTC Cleaning Co., we believe in being transparent with our clients, setting clear expectations, and providing quality services that make your home feel clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
While house cleaning and housekeeping may overlap in some areas, they are two different services.

✨ HOUSE CLEANING focuses on cleaning and sanitizing your home. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, wiping down surfaces, and tackling the dirt, grime, and buildup that comes with everyday life.

✨ HOUSEKEEPING involves tasks such as picking up belongings, putting items away, organizing clutter, and maintaining the overall tidiness of your home.

At ACTC, we understand that life gets busy! We don’t mind picking up a few everyday items so we can properly clean around them. We know that homes are lived in, and we are here to help — not judge! ❤️

However, when excessive picking up, clutter removal, or organizing is needed before we can even begin cleaning, an additional service charge will apply. If you would like housekeeping services included in your visit, that’s absolutely okay! We simply need to plan for the additional time and adjust the service and pricing accordingly.

🌟Here is why this matters: We are a busy cleaning company with multiple homes to service and a schedule to maintain. Each home is allotted a specific amount of time, and extensive housekeeping tasks can affect that schedule and the quality of service we are able to provide to every client.

We offer additional services beyond standard cleaning, and we are always happy to discuss your needs! We just ask that you understand that additional services require additional time, labor, and cost.

Our goal is to help you enjoy a home that feels cleaner, more organized, comfortable, and relaxing — a space you can look forward to coming home to at the end of a long day. 🏡💚

We value our clients, appreciate your understanding, and want to continue providing the thorough, reliable service you expect from ACTC Cleaning Co.

We clean homes. We help lighten the load. And we believe in being upfront about what each service includes.

Thank you for supporting our small business and trusting us with your homes! 💚

At ACTC Cleaning Co., we don’t just clean what you can see… we look for the things you might have missed! 💪🏼🧽

Because even a well-kept home needs a little extra TLC sometimes, and that’s where we come in! 💚

WHEW! 🥹💚 You guys are keeping us BUSY, we love it and we couldn’t be more grateful! Our schedule is filling up FAST, and we are officially booked out a few weeks! Our available days are becoming more and more limited, and November is dwindling down before we know it! 😳

✨ If you’re hoping to have your home cleaned before the holidays, NOW is the time to reach out and get on our schedule! ✨

We are already looking ahead into November & December, and those spots will fill up before we know it! 🎅🏼🎁

We do want to be honest with everyone: if you’re looking for a quick turnaround or a last-minute cleaning, we sincerely apologize, but at this time, we just may not be able to accommodate you. ❤️ Between our existing clients, new inquiries, and our own family and work schedules, our days are limited, and we can only fit so much into our calendars!

🧹 NO WEEKLY DUSTING? THAT’S OKAY! 🧹

Let’s be realistic… dust happens! 😅

This home is cleaned every two weeks, and yes, you can still see some dust buildup between cleanings. That doesn’t mean the home isn’t being cleaned—it means life is happening! 🏡

The difference is that with regular bi-weekly cleaning, we’re constantly staying ahead of that buildup. It helps limit the amount of dust, dirt, hair, and everyday grime that accumulates throughout your home.

You don’t have to dust every single week to have a clean home. That’s part of why you hire us! 😉

We come in, tackle the dust you didn’t have time for, and help keep your home feeling fresh, clean, and maintained. ✨

Because let’s be honest… who actually wants to spend their free time dusting every week? 🙋‍♀️😂

Regular cleaning = less buildup, less stress & a fresher-feeling home. 💚

🧽✨ SATURDAYS ARE FOR DEEP CLEANS! 🫧💚

🚽 Kids’ bathroom edition! 🛁

Kids’ bathrooms can be a whole different level of cleaning! Between toothpaste splatter, soap scum, tub buildup, dirty corners, and all those little messes that seem to appear out of nowhere, a quick wipe-down just doesn’t cut it.

Today’s bathroom may have been cleaned before, but it was definitely ready for some extra TLC and a good, old-fashioned deep clean! 🧼💪

We got into the details, tackled the buildup, scrubbed those forgotten spots, and brought this bathroom back to feeling fresh and clean.

Because there’s a BIG difference between something being cleaned and being DEEP CLEANED! ✨

At ACTC Cleaning Co., we don’t just focus on what catches the eye. We get down to the nitty-gritty, because the little details matter!

💚 Reliable. Thorough. Judgment-Free.

🫧 Sometimes, all a bathroom needs is a little extra love and a whole lot of elbow grease! 💪

🧽 DUST & HAIR… IT REALLY DOES COLLECT EVERYWHERE! 😳

You might clean your vanity drawers regularly, but have you ever pulled the drawer all the way out and looked at the rollers underneath? 👀

Yep… dust, hair, lint, and little bits of everyday debris love to collect there too! 🤢

Every time that drawer opens and closes, things can get pushed into those little tracks and rollers. Over time, that buildup can become a nasty little collection of everything that has been floating around your home.

That’s why a true deep clean means looking beyond what’s immediately visible. 🧼✨

We take the time to get into those drawers, tracks, corners, edges, rollers, and hidden spaces because if it’s part of the area we’re cleaning, we want it CLEAN—not just looks clean from a distance. 😉

The places you don’t think to look are often the places that need it most! 💚
