**Location:** Kiewit Facility – Ingleside, Texas
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for maintaining clean, safe, and organized facilities? We are seeking a dependable and motivated **Janitorial Supervisor** to oversee daily custodial operations at the Kiewit facility in Ingleside, TX.
# # **Position Summary**
The Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting a team of janitorial staff while ensuring the facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism. This position requires excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
# # **Key Responsibilities**
* Supervise, train, and schedule janitorial personnel.
* Conduct routine inspections to ensure all cleaning tasks meet company and client standards.
* Assign daily work orders and monitor employee performance.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and PPE.
* Coordinate staffing and respond promptly to client requests and facility needs.
* Complete reports, timesheets, and other required documentation.
* Coach, motivate, and develop team members to achieve high performance.
* Address employee concerns and resolve operational issues professionally.
* Ensure all work areas, restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas remain clean and presentable.
# # **Qualifications**
* High school diploma or GED preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years of janitorial or housekeeping supervisory experience.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
* Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
* Must be reliable, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime when required.
# # **Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience supervising crews in industrial or construction environments.
* OSHA safety knowledge or certification.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
