OCD Window Cleaning was started in Dec 2012 by Andrew Richards in order to work his way through college. Passion for cleaning windows was inspired by a friend-turned-mentor who took Andrew under his wing to teach him the trade. After guiding Andrew extensively on the ins and outs of techniques and customer service, he was inspired to start his own business as well. About OCD Window Cleaning Team:

We only use the best equipment around. We've done our research, and picked up some high-quality Ettore brand window washing scrubbers, squeegees, poles, and towels to use on the job. When it comes to ensuring that a window is clean, we go the extra mile. We use a good soapy-solution of the eco-friendly DAWN brand dish soap with an added splash of "Squeegee off" found at hardware and janitorial stores to add a little more glide to the squeegee as it passes over the glass, thus leaving virtually no spots , smudges, or blemishes. We wash and rinse the screens with professional de-greaser as well as wipe off the tracks, sills, and panes. This extra step makes sure the dust, dirt, and grime built up over the years will stay off and out of sight! You can trust us in your home because we're clean-cut, hard-working people with no history of troubles with the law. In addition to being highly educated, we're also overall nice guys who prides ourselves in a job well done.

Overseeing a huge 7,000 sq ft home with a 3000 sq ft 13 car garage in the backyard.

I have not cleaned ONE window. All I do is manage the job site and customer relations.

What I've found from slowly taking a step back in my business and delegating more work to my workers, is that my personality, charm, and charisma are a HUGE part of my business.

Having professionalism, good social skills, and a good personality are just as important as being a skilled window cleaner.

I've sent my guys on jobs and they've done incredible work without me there. Every single customer has expressed that they were satisfied with the work, but miss me as a person being there.

People are not just hiring cleaners for the work, they also hire for the overall experience!

Thats why now, I show up and maintain a working relationship with my customers.

On the job, I walk around as quality control, answer the phone, work on content, and talk to the customer.

Cleaning windows myself actually bottlenecks my own growth. My job is to keep the work coming.

My team and I specialize in large high-end homes across Orange County and the Corona area.

This $5mil+ home was put up for sale and needed a lot of work done. We came after the painting, remodeling, and construction was all completed in order to provide the finishing touches to making the home look the best it could be.

Our services include cleaning the windows inside and out, plus frames, tracks, screens, ledges, and sliding glass doors.

The backyard, side yards, and driveway were all power washed and surface cleaned as well.
