Looking for some help on this. Long story short customer got fertilizer in their pool. I drained it and did metal out to make sure no metals. This is a reaction when chlorine I put in reacts with acid I added. I have been told it because of high ph ( which I have 8.0) and phospates which were 200 and I killed off. Any idea if this is because ph is high and reacting with chlorine. Thanks
