There have been quite a few changes in the last couple of years. One is the addition of a tile plow to the equipment fleet. We are using the plow to run pattern tile and it’s working quite well.

Ask about the new risers we are using. They will move three times the volume and have fewer issues with plugging. They are easy to swap with existing risers as they are designed to fit the same inlet as hickenbottom and precision risers.

Tiling a wet bottom this spring. There were several problem areas on this farm. The landowner has had trouble the past few years with getting everything planted and wet spots drowning the crop. The landowner was able to get the entire farm planted at the same time this spring, even with all of the moisture we had. Tiling will prevent from soil water saturation and give the crop ideal growing conditions. Drain tile offers an excellent return on investment!
