It's time for SPRING SWEEPING! The sun is out and the temps are rising. This clean out was from a short chimney, only 15 feet. After a season of burning, we removed nearly 5 gallons of creosote! This year, blocked chimneys have been the theme. This was number 12 so far. Call to schedule YOUR Spring Sweep now!

We were called out to a home on the north dexter road that was severely blocked with stage 3 creosote. It took an hour and half to remove 35 gallons of creosote. This is a reminder to get your chimney inspected and swept to protect your home from chimney fires.

This customer called complaining of heavy leaking and wanted a tree removed from the chimney. Upon inspection we found the leaking was caused by broken down flashing. Our chimney techs did a flash seal to stop the leaking and a water seal to prevent leaking for years to come. After the tree was removed, the crown was repaired and a new cap was installed. The customer was very happy to have her old chimney, leak free and protected for years to come.

While doing a routine sweep, one of our customers inquired about the benefits having a chimney cap. After noticing water in her basement that appeared to be coming through the clean out door. Caps are not only effective in keeping snow, water and even small animals out of your chimney. But it also protects the crown and any keeps sparks in. Also it is a great look for your home!

We had our work cut out for us on this one. Customer had three chimneys all in need of repairs. The first of which required a tear down to the roof and was rebuilt with block. All three were coated with Conproco structural skin. As well as receiving flash seals and new chimney caps. Now all chimneys are in excellent working order and will be for years to come. The customer was very satisfied with our work and professionalism.

After receiving a call from a customer for an inspection. Our chimney tech determined this chimney needed multiple services. After a chimney repoint, flash seal, water seal and a new chimney cap, this chimney is like new again and no longer is leaking. The customer was very happy with all services performed!
