Pigeon activity can really take over a rooftop if left unchecked.
We tackled a Scottsdale home with a full cleanup and prevention plan. First, we power washed and sanitized the roof and AC enclosure to clear out droppings and debris. After that, we installed custom netting around the AC units, screened off both drain scuppers, and applied Tanglefoot gel in shaded spots where birds like to gather. We also added a post tension line along the main ridge to keep birds from perching up high.
