We offer one-time cleans, deep cleans, and maintenance cleans (weekly/biweekly/monthly). Our cancellation policy requires you to notify us of cancellations and reschedules at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours you will be charged a cancellation fee (based on the package you were booked for). This fee must be paid prior to any new appointments being booked. New c

lients will be asked to make a deposit. This will be equal to your cancellation fee. It is refundable up until 24 hours prior to your appointment. Sickness policy: We ask that you notify us if you have a scheduled appointment and ANYONE in the home is sick. If you are sick, we will not clean. Pets are family too! We are happy to clean with pets home. We just ask if they are aggressive, they be crated or in a room that we will not be cleaning.
