We have a 2 step process to remove all dirt, mildew, and black streaks from your home exterior w/o the use of a pressure washer. We use specific cleaning agents depending on the type of dirt and the material being cleaned.

For brick or concrete, we pre-soak the surface in a cleaning solution before pressure washing in order to loosen the dirt so that obsessive pressure is not required. We have the proper surface cleaning attachments to clean with a nice and even result.

A clean roof is a healthy roof! It looks better and typically lasts longer when mildew isn't able to eat away the organic shingle composition that holds the granules. In most cases, a roof only needs cleaning every 2-3 years to stay looking Great.
