Master Home Reset
$400 for up to 2000sq ft.
Light fixtures, removed, detailed and replaced
Walls, baseboards,front and backs of all doors and door jams cleaned
Interior windows, window frames and windowsills, steam cleaned, and detailed.
All carpets are shampooed and all floor tile and grout, steam cleaned and detailed.
All appliances are pulled out and cleaned behind and fully detailed
All cabinets, drawers, faces and hardware are cleaned detailed and polished.
All floor, wall and exhaust vents detailed
All bathrooms deep cleaned, steamed and sanitized.
A full deep clean top to bottom is completed of the entire house
Curb appeal
$400 as an ad on to any package $500 individually. (Paint/stain costs quoted separately)
All porches and patios deep cleaned,pressure washed and followed up with fresh paint
Sidewalks and driveways treated with brightener and pressure washed where applicable
Carports and garages detailed, treated for stains and pressure washed
Exterior windows, windowframes and ledges deep cleaned
Exterior of home treated for stains and pressure washed
Gutters fully cleaned inside and out
Exterior light fixtures detailed
Fresh coat of paint on shutters, exteriors of doors and door frames.
A new creation
$500 as an add on, $600 individually, (paint and stain costs quoted separately)
$1000 special for all three packages to make your home feel completely new, a total overhaul both inside and out
Grass is cut and yard w**d eated followed by edging all walkways and borders
Decorative trees and hedges trimmed and shaped
Fences pressure washed and then stained/painted
Debris removed from yard (leaves, sticks, garbage etc.)
Any defects in interior walls patched, sanded and leveled to a smooth finish
All interior walls, baseboards and trim are painted.
Window frames and sills painted inside and out
Decorative landscaping, mulching, brush removal, junk removal, updates , repairs and more all available with complementary quote.
