Something we haven’t seen yet, Sunday we had a Hispanic woman abandon two black lab puppies at two of our locations. She had them on a leash and tied them to our seating and folding tables before she left. We have a no pets policy, and we are not a kennel. We also were not notified about the little guys in question and were only made aware of it by animal services after the fact. The puppy animal control picked up at our Harkrider location was in good health other than being a bit dehydrated last we spoke, but we have no idea what has happened to the Clayton street location puppy. Please use animal services or the shelter for surrendering your pets, or better yet, post them in Facebook. We are not a shelter and we have customers with allergies. If you have any information on the person who did this, please contact us or Conway animal services.

Hey everyone, we have had a series of laundry thefts or unintentional borrowing. To better alleviate this issue, we are going to start posting pictures at the laundry mats of the would be thieves or mistaken customers in a hope that the people who actually own the clothes can get them back or receive restitution for their losses. Our first runner up is a white woman driving a silver Buick. She came in and went directly over to our “lost and found” area like she knew what she was doing. Looked over the two bags, took the one she wanted and left. All of a minutes time. Has she left clothes and got them before? Has she taken clothes from the lost and found before? We have our thoughts but we just want the items returned.

Our Clayton St and Harkrider St locations are temporarily down due to no power. We are sorry about the inconvenience.

We would like to kindly remind people of laundry etiquette.
We always recommend removing washed and dried clothes promptly after cycles finish.
This keeps everything running smoothly for those waiting to use machines behind you.
Especially if only one machine is available in that size.
Rule of thumb is removing clothes within 5 minutes of cycles ending so the next person can start their cycle.
