🟥 Commercial Cleaning Supervisor🟥

We are currently looking to ADD to our management team. We are looking for someone to help with supervising our growing company & staff at night. Right person would be self-motivated individual & strong team player. Attention to detail is extremely valuable.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
~ Cleaning facilities, when employees call in
~ Help stock & inspect facilities
~ Carpet cleaning & floor care, as needed
~ Help with periodic maintenance schedules for our clients facilites
~ Assist in growing the team culture with our current management

REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have valid Driver's License
* Must pass background check & pre-employment drug test
* Shift starts at 430pm & will run to around midnight. (Depends on the nightly work load) ~ some weekends as needed.
* previous Team / Shift lead experience helpful, but not required
* at least 2 years commercial janitorial experience is extremely high on our list, but not required

COMPENSATION:
● $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (depending on experience)
● Company vehicle during work shift or gas allowance

▪️Commercial Cleaning Technician - (2) part time evenings Monday through Friday. Also some weekend positions available. Starting PAY $14.00 hourly. Our shift availability varies depending on the client cleaning schedule. Some shifts are 2-3 days a week; while others are 5 days a week.

🔸Cleaning Technician responsibilities include but not limited to: cleaning bathrooms, cleaning offices, emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc.

▪️Floor Care Maintenance Technician - (1) 30+ hours per week evening position. Primarily Monday through Friday, with the possibility of an occasional Saturday project. Experience in Floor care maintenance preferred. Starting pay $17. 00 hourly. Possibly higher pay rate to start depending on experience.

🔸 Floor Care Maintenance Technician responsibilities include but not limited to: Carpet Cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, concrete polishing, VCT strip and wax, etc. Must have the ability to work alone and perform the task necessary. Knowledge of using a carpet machine, an auto scrubber, a floor swing machine, and other various types of equipment for floor care services.
