For those that do not know, it is with heavy hearts that we share our owner, "J.T." Johnathan Thompson, passed away this past December.
Jt was the heart and foundation of this company. He built it with integrity, hard work, and a true commitment to taking care of people. His standards, leadership, and the way he treated both customers and employees set the tone for everything we do. He is greatly missed. Not just as an owner, but as a mentor, a friend, and a constant source of guidance.
For the past five years, our lead technician, Coleton Zobrist, worked side by side with JT helping him grow the company into what it is today. He learned directly from JT, shared in his vision, and played a major role in building the quality and reputation we are proud of.
Since JT's passing, Coleton has been managing day to day operations to ensure everything continues to run smoothly. In April, he will officially step into ownership.
We want to assure everyone: the same team you know and trust is still here. The quality of our work, the services we provide, and the standards JT put in place will remain exactly the same. This transition is about continuing JT's legacy, not changing it.
This business was JT's pride and passion. Honoring him means continuing to show up every day and upholding the values he built this company on - honesty, hard work, and taking care of our customers like family.
