A call came in yesterday from albemarle, nc from a woman who has a woodstove insert and it's the main source of heat in the house. When they lit the stove yesterday it started to smoke the whole room and before they could get the fire out the smoke had filled much of their 1400 square foot home. Fearing the worst the woman called a few companies that couldn't make it out until next week. Then she called us! Though we couldn't make it out yesterday because of the schedules keeping us occupied til past 6. Then being in albemarle we wouldn't have been able to get to it yesterday. That's when CCVL made a policy change. We now will make Sunday service calls when it means keeping you and your family warm. Since I didn't get her permission to use her name I'll call her ms. Anne. Ms. Anne was delighted we were able to get her woodstove insert cleaned in just over 2 hours we took out 9 5 gallon buckets of creosote and ash. In the end ms. Anne ' s woodstove was cleaned and ready to bring comfort to her family this season. Happiness achieved in Albemarle! So don't worry that you'll have to wait for a week or more to have your chimney cleaned. Due to the birth of our little Dempsey, CCVL got off the starting line a little late this year. But that just means that while others maybe booked out a couple weeks, we have openings tomorrow and every other day this week. .. Including Sundays!
