Chemical Plus Pool Service

Our most commonly purchased service package is Chemical Plus. This package includes brushing the walls and stairs, skimming the waters surface, balancing the chlorine, pH, and alkalinity, emptying the skimmer basket, emptying the sweep bag or basket, and inspecting the pool equipment on a weekly basis. The cost of chemicals to balance the chlorine, pH, and alkalinity is

included with the cost of service. Any additional chemicals needed to balance other chemical levels outside these three such as Salt, Phosphate/ Algae treatments, etc will require additional costs and testing. This package does not include bottom cleaning because most pools have sweeps that clean the bottom. If you do not have a sweep we offer vacuuming as an individual service that we charge separately for. Also, we will clean the filters every 4 months to ensure the pool is circulating properly and filtering as it should.
