So here's what we actually tell people before they book with us:
The first clean is about learning your home — what matters most to you, how you like things, what to never touch. Good cleaning isn't magic. It's a system built around your space. And if something's ever not right, the worst thing you can do is stay quiet.
We'd rather have a quick text than a lost client.
Honest? Yes. Unusual in this industry? Apparently.
