SERVPRO Technician (Walled Lake)

compensation: $15-$20 hourly based on experience
employment type: full-time
You will be responding to emergency calls to commercial and residential structures that have been affected by water, fire, and or mold damage. The position requires ability to be on call and respond immediately after hours and weekends based on a rotating schedule.
As our Water, Fire, and Mold technician, you will
• Perform production services as assigned and communicate with the customer to make sure all needs are met
• Responsibilities include fire and mold clean up, demo and placing/removing equipment on water jobs under crew chief
• Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, and warehouse as needed
• Production processes are performed according to guidelines
• Ensure that jobs are completed beyond customer expectations
Promotion opportunities available to move up to crew chief and education classes will be offered for training.

Experience and IICRC certification is preferred, but we will also train the right applicant. Ideally the candidate for position would have:
• A positive attitude
• The ability to pass a drug screen and background checks required by insurance company, no felony
• A clean driving record preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience working with tools and machinery a plus
