NOW HIRING: WINDOW TECHNICIAN(Seasonal)

Join our small, local team! We’re looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join us as a Window Technician this season.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for summer work who enjoys being outdoors, takes pride in what they do, and genuinely cares about the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable transportation with the ability to carry a small 4 foot ladder
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Friendly, professional demeanor
• Strong customer service skills
• Previous experience preferred, but not required

What We Offer:

• $18–$22/hr based on experience
• Mileage compensation
• Paid training
• Pay increases based on performance and experience
• A great summer job with a small business that values your work
• For the right person, the potential to grow into a long-term role

A Few Details:

This role focuses on commercial window cleaning — ground-level and low-access work, high ladder work can be added but not required.

Hello amazing IPWC clients! We have reached out to a number of you that were scheduled but thought we should share a post here!

Jesse, our amazing window cleaner (my husband so I am a little bias) fell off a ladder a week and a half ago 15 feet where he ended up breaking a couple of bones! We are SOO grateful it wasn’t worse, but it does halt our ability to clean windows until he is up and running again most likely in November. We plan to send out a postcard with updated dates and information!

We are most likely looking to start him back with Christmas lights for the season in November! We can absolutely get you booked then but will be waiting to see on doctor recommendations for cleanings!

It has been a humbling process reaching out to all of you and hearing how much you enjoy Jesse as a person and wish his speedy recovery! He is an incredible human and he is already eager to get going again! We appreciate your IPWC community and all of your support for our little business!
