This property was completely overgrown and in need of a major cleanup and overhaul. We started by removing overgrowth and brush, taking down trees, trimming low-hanging branches, and pulling out stumps. We also removed unwanted rock and debris from the property.

Once the cleanup was complete, we Harley raked and regraded the entire area to establish a clean, properly pitched yard.

We also added onto the existing retaining wall near the patio and installed a complete drainage system, including a drywell tying in the patio drains and gutter leaders to help manage water throughout the property.

To finish it off, we had hydroseeded the entire area and gave this property a complete transformation from start to finish!

Progress update on our Commack project so far!

So far we’ve:
🌲 Cleared overgrown vegetation
🪵 Removed hazardous trees
✂️ Trimmed surrounding trees
💧 Installed a catch basin and tied in all the gutter downspouts and existing patio drains to direct water away from the house

The transformation is already coming together, but we’re not finished yet. Next up is final grading, fresh topsoil, and hydroseed to bring this property back to life.

Stay tuned for the finished before-and-after—it’s going to be a big difference.
