👋 Meet Shanna Davis, our Business Development Specialist.

Ask Shanna what makes someone successful in business development, and she probably won’t talk about sales.

She’ll talk about relationships.

Shanna started at EPM not knowing anything about pest control. Years, several roles, and a lot of trust later, she’s built some of our strongest client relationships, including partners she’s worked with since her early days at EPM who are now in leadership roles themselves.

Her philosophy: “Selling at EPM doesn’t feel like selling. It’s about understanding how properties actually operate and building real relationships over time.”

That’s the mindset she brings to every conversation and one of the reasons so many of her customer relationships have lasted for years.
