Knock, Knock Housekeeping & Organizing offers a variety of services including residential/busin
ess cleaning, pre/post-move, new construction and organizing services. Services are available in Columbus and all surrounding areas within a 45 mile radius. Prices are non-negotiable and payment is due at the time services are rendered. Kristin has requeted cash or check payments only. The Standard Rate for initial services, regardless of the size of your home, will $118 for 3 hours and $16 per hour for each additional hour. This discounted rate will continue until July 7th. After July 7th, the Standard Rate of $136.00 for 3 Hours and $28 for each additional hour will be back in effect. Standard Services/Cosmetic Cleaning includes but is not limited to:
Counters, bathrooms, toilets, dusting, sweeping, mopping, showers/tubs, vacuuming, etc. Rental Clean Up Cost is $148 for the first 3 hours and $28 per hour for each additional hour. Additional charges may apply. Please note: What we do cosmetic cleaning. Inside of refrigerators, ovens and microwaves will only be done upon request and will require and additonal fee. New Construction Home Detail $78-$300 for the first 3 hours and $48 per hour for each additional hour. PLEASE NOTE: If an employee is present, the time frames are cut in half but the cost is the same. We do not clean inside of microwaves or ovens without a prior request, this may also produce an additional fee. We do not do dishes, laundry or shopping. All toys, dirty laundry, dishes, etc. should be picked up and put away prior to our coming. My name is Natasha Gonzalez and I will soon be relocating to Clementon, New Jersey from Columbus, Nebraska. I have lived in Columbus my entire life. I started Knock, Knock Housekeeping, a little over 10 years ago, while in college obtaining my BS degree. I will soon be relocating to Clementon, New Jersey with my family in order to continue my education. My highly skilled apprentice, Kristin Sealing, will officially become the new owner and operator of Knock, Knock Houseeping on July 7th. Kristin is currently scheduling appointments at a discounted apprenticeship rate (see more information above). She is looking forward to building new relationships with future clients by understanding their needs and providing residential and business services with the highest level of professionalism in the industry. It has been an absolute honor to serve my community for the last 10 years, providing you with a service you can trust. I am fully confident that Kristin will continue to exceed the expections of our clients.
