Let me tell you that I have worked behind a few of the cleanest contractor crews and I have worked with some of the messiest ones. Regardless of which one, there will still be a lot to clean at a post construction site. There is no way around it. 👍🏼

The bigger the space along with the mess, the larger the cost 😉

Don’t think that just because the house/ building is new that it’s less work…..That is so not true!

These sites requires everything to be touched, every area, every appliance, every inch to be touched and cleaned.

Construction dust is very thin and translucent. It is very tricky if you don’t know what to look for. For instance, looking in a mirror, it can be clear as a beautiful sky. Get a dry cloth and wipe across and I’m sure you will discover the hidden dust.

Funny thing I love to start off my new cleaners at a post construction site. I never let them go in blindsided but it shows me if what I’ve taught them paid off. 😉

OK, Columbus and fellow cleaners what would you charge for a 1600 ft. 2 queen beds one twin with trundle 2 bathrooms both glass shower doors on a airbnb severe deep clean dog hair moldy sofa no air filter for months sever dust and also steam carpet cleaning sever oven refrigerator microwave air fryer grout windows inside ??????????????? I’m being told I’m to HIGH but also I KNOW IM THE BEST SO I WONT LOWER
