Cleaning services are set at different pricing for different types of cleaning, by how many bedrooms and bath and whether or not there are pets in the home and or whether or not area is furnished vs completely empty. For Example: A 3bedroom, 2bath without pets that would be priced for a deep clean, which involves dusting and wiping down all areas from ceiling fans to the base boards and everything in between. Wiping all surfaces, blinds, smudges on walls, window seals, inside windows, mirrors and wiping out any other dust and/or any cobwebs. Mopping and vacuming all floors. Wiping all kitchen areas and appliances inside out. Cleaning and sanitize thoroughly all bathroom and all through out the house and area. Without any furniture in area: An estimated price for house that size would be, without looking at it, from a price range of $150 being on the lighter end, up to $200 being on the heavier end of service. With pet hair, or more of a messier job, and/or house being furnished. Note: Smaller size, less of a price. Bigger size, more of a price. Before and after. ( This was one of the hardest tub to get cleaned in the 18 years of experience). It was worse in person. Had to leave products on for awhile to break up soap scum and bleach stains. 3 hours of scrubbing and 6 coats of maintenance was involved. Tile walls around tub area were also scrubbed down as well.

10 years worth of funk and mildew in a standup shower. Some areas around the sill I was not able to get up unless it was ripped off. Other wise. Completed project.
