Here’s what 25+ years has taught me:

Clean isn’t a smell.
Clean isn’t foam.
Clean isn’t burning eyes.

Clean is technique.
Clean is proper dwell time.
Clean is using the right product for the right surface.
Clean is air that feels fresh — not chemically masked.

Natural air freshener
-An 8-ounce glass spray bottle (glass is preferred as essential oils can react with some plastics).
-¾ cup distilled water.
-1-2 tablespoons of witch hazel or vodka (acts as an emulsifier to help the oil and water mix and a preservative).
-20-40 drops of your chosen essential oils.

It’s that time of year again…
Mold & mildew season.

Before you panic and reach for the heavy chemicals, here’s what I use:

✨ Distilled water
✨ 90% alcohol
✨ Oil of oregano

That’s it.

The alcohol helps kill surface mold and evaporates quickly (which matters — moisture is the enemy).
Oil of oregano is naturally antifungal and powerful.
Distilled water keeps you from adding minerals or contaminants back onto the surface.

Simple. Effective. No overwhelming fumes.

A couple reminders:
• Always dry the area completely.
• Fix the moisture source or it will come back.
• Ventilation matters.

Mold isn’t a “spray and pray” situation. It’s a moisture control situation.

Less product. More intention. 💚

Microfiber cloths are hands down one of my favorite tools in a home 🧼✨

I keep them in almost every room — kitchen, bathrooms, living room, even bedrooms — because they make dusting an absolute breeze.
