With an abundance of caution for our very valued Employees, we have decided to remain closed today during this inclement weather and icy road conditions.
Most of our work today was scheduled for Delaware County, and Delaware County is currently under a level 2 snow emergency.
I will be reaching out to all of our clients to offer a reschedule date or to skip this rotation.

We will not be meeting at our normal 7:45 AM instead we will have a delay and all employees will report to the office at 9:30 AM.

Founded in 1988 with well-established market share and higher than average retention rate. Overview:

Residential house cleaners join a team of 2-3 people to provide top cleaning results to our customers. Persons responsibilities include but are not limited to dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, bathroom and kitchen cleaning.

Professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Applicant will receive full hands-on training.

Pay: $15-$17 / hour

Hours:

· 30-40 hours per week with part time options available

· Typically, 7:45am – 3-5 pm

Paid time off:

· One Week paid time off with opportunity to earn additional days off through incentivized reward program

· All major holidays are also recognized paid time off

Benefits:

· Customized Cleaning Service pays for half of employees Medical Insurance.

· Employees also have the option to purchase affordable dental coverage.

Requirements:

· Reliable car

We work in Teams of 2 or 3 people
We retain the Highest Quality House Cleaning Staff in the House Cleaning Industry. The Majority of our House Cleaning Staff has been with us between
6 and 24 years!
Employees are paid above average wages for the House Cleaning Industry!
We pay for half of the employees Medical Insurance.
We also offer our employees affordable Dental Insurance and Afflac Insurance.
We give every Employee one week of paid Vacation and all other time off is paid for with Bonus Money from a Positive Performance Program.
The way our Positive Performance Program works is: We ask the Home Owner to call or email our office and let us know how your House Cleaning Experience went.
Each positive Client report equals 1 point. 40 points equals 8 hours of pay! Our employees can use these points to pay themselves for days off, or turn them in for cash!
