This cleaning consisted of the bathroom with the doors, cabinets and baseboards wiped down, bedrooms vacuumed only, kitchen cabinets and baseboards wiped down. Dusting mopping with organization. Not only was I able to help this family out before family arrived out of town but also gained a regular customer.

Hello and Good afternoon.

I just wanted to make sure that this was public news to everyone that may inquire about Racheal’s Queen of Clean. I know that i have not posted much and I apologize for that. Sometimes it can be a challenge trying to run a small business. You can also have good days and bad days. Right now, we’ve been in bad days due to the economy and the state that it is currently in and those not following through with scheduled bookings.
In order to maintain and be operational fully, bookings have to be placed. I have had those that will pay with their deposit, then cancel or i have even been nice and allowed the deposit to NOT be paid with the anticipation of cleaning and organizing a house then them canceling last time.

I get that everyone has things that go on but i truly can’t be that person or business owner to allow things to slide. I am still accepts clients and cleanings but only serious inquiries only. Please do not inquire or book unless you really need it. I love to clean but i also want to be able to provide for my family and loved ones like the next.

Thank you to all of those that continue to support us by, referring us, booking us and reposting. You are what makes us great. I am here to help but my goals and focus has changed in order to achieve the goals i set for myself. Thank you all for your understanding.
