Founder Leisa Fowlkes spent years looking after her mother and keeping the older woman’s home organized, clean, and safe. Through a clean space, Leisa and her mother found peace and a steady mind. Leisa turned her passion into a thriving business serving Maryland and the greater DMV area in 2017. Over the next several years A.C.I. Cleaning (formerly Angel Companion) quickly grew to serve dozens of

businesses and hundreds of residents. When she needed more support, Leisa called on her daughter, Chanika Pope. Chanika had her MBA and agreed to join the enterprise, uprooting her family from Indiana to Maryland to help A.C.I. grow to new heights. Together, the members of this family- owned business still work hard to excel in their “Three C” values of care, cleaning, and customer service.
