A great year at National Pest Management Association Academy! 🎉

This year, Luke and Alexa represented us in Orlando -- With Luke's Team Pink bringing home the Silver! 🥈

Beyond the friendly team competition, Academy is really about the people: the leadership development, the learning labs, and the relationships built with pest management professionals from across the country. Those connections and the ideas exchanged during the week are what carry forward long after everyone heads home.

Experiences like this help us grow as leaders, strengthen our team, and ultimately allow us to serve our customers and communities even better.
