This customer lived at this property for over 30 years and never knew there was a abandoned septic tank in his back yard. It rained real hard recently and out of no where there was a 10 foot deep cesspool in his back yard. Once he signs the contract we will excavate and dig out the bottom of this tank and then back fill with soil and tamp it down to about 98% compaction. Imagine walking out at night and almost falling into this.... #4436004143
