Charmed Cleaning Services LLC Is a Professional Cleaning Company — Not a Maid Service
At Charmed Cleaning Services LLC, we value transparency and believe it's important for every customer to understand the type of professional services we provide.
While we are committed to delivering exceptional cleaning results, we are not a maid or personal housekeeping service, and we respectfully do not accept requests that fall outside the scope of professional cleaning.
Our team specializes in residential, commercial, move-in/move-out, post-construction, office, and deep cleaning services. Our focus is on creating clean, healthy, sanitized, and welcoming environments through structured, professional cleaning procedures.
What We Do

What We Do Not Provide
To maintain professionalism, efficiency, and fairness for all clients, Charmed Cleaning Services LLC does not provide maid or personal household services such as:
Personal laundry, folding, ironing, or putting away clothing
Washing dishes beyond those specifically included in a contracted cleaning service
Cooking or meal preparation
Grocery shopping or running errands
Childcare or babysitting
Pet sitting or pet care
Making personal decisions for the household
Organizing excessive clutter or hoarding situations without prior approval and specialized pricing
Packing or unpacking personal belongings unless specifically contracted
Personal assistant or concierge services
Any task that is unsafe, unsanitary, or outside the scope of professional cleaning
Our cleaning technicians are trained cleaning professionals whose primary responsibility is to clean and sanitize your property efficiently, safely, and according to industry standards.
We kindly ask that customers prepare the space before our arrival by securing valuables, picking up excessive clutter, and ensuring reasonable access to the areas being cleaned. This allows our team to focus on delivering the high-quality cleaning service you are paying for.
We understand that every client's needs are different. If you require services outside our standard cleaning scope, we are happy to discuss them during your consultation to determine whether they can be accommodated under a separate agreement or through a referral to another service provider.
