Most people don't realize that wildfire damage dramatically increases flood risk.

When fire burns through an area it removes the vegetation & alters the soil, leaving nothing to slow or absorb rainfall. What would normally be manageable rain becomes debris flows, black water & road closures. It is happening right now in the Aspen Acres burn scar south of Colorado Springs.

Worth understanding if you live anywhere near a burn area.

Downpours turned the 102,000-acre Aspen Acres burn scar into a channel for mud, burned trees and debris, closing highways and forcing residents toward higher ground.

Mold discovered mid roof replacement. We were on site the same day.

When the roofing crew pulled back the decking & found mold underneath, the job had to stop. We got out there, handled the remediation & got them back on track the same day.
