Hi there, I’m Jacob, the owner of Precision Window Cleaning. This pic is in beautiful University Park.
Realized I’ve been a little camera shy and wanted to share a picture of the man behind the business! I’m always available to answer any questions about what makes us different. There are a few things, actually. Anyways! A bit about myself:

I moved to this wonderful city over 20 years ago.
Before starting PWC I worked for a well known local window cleaning company (we still get along great!), a high-rise cleaning company (I’ve been on the sides of a lot of the buildings downtown!), and did consumer financial services for many years.

I choose to do this, because I love it.
The winters may be challenging sometimes, but we live in a place where working outdoors is more often than not a pleasure, instead of a burden. I’ve met thousands of interesting people over the years as well and I’ve been fortunate to have some incredible stories shared with me through out it.

I genuinely enjoy this work and would be happy to bring you the same satisfaction that I’ve brought thousands of others over the years!

This is the most extreme example of seal-failure we’ve come across to date. All of that is in between the 2 panes (“double paned” or “double glazed”, your standard modern window).
It’s what happens when moisture starts to oxidize the Low-E coating that’s inside. (The “Low Emissivity” coating, is the tint).
