Restaurant LVP Floor Restoration – Olive Branch, MS

We wrapped up a late-night restaurant job in Olive Branch tonight where the floors were anything but presentable.

The owner was unfortunately advised to use the wrong cleaner on brand-new LVP flooring, which left behind a Bona polish/wax residue. Over time, that residue attracted dirt and grease, turning the floors black, sticky, and dull, creating a very unattractive appearance.

Our process:
✔️ Stripped the built-up polish
✔️ Deep scrubbed the LVP
✔️ Thoroughly rinsed the floors
✔️ Buffed everything clean

❄️ FREEZE WARNING – How to Prevent Frozen & Burst Pipes ❄️

Desoto & Shelby County neighbors — we’re expecting a hard freeze over the next couple of days. A few quick steps now can help prevent burst pipes and expensive water damage.

🚰 1. Let Faucets Drip
When temperatures drop below 20°F, let one hot and one cold faucet drip—especially on exterior walls. Moving water is less likely to freeze.

🚪 2. Open Sink Cabinets
Open cabinets under kitchen and bathroom sinks to allow warm air to circulate around plumbing.

🌡️ 3. Keep Your Heat On
Even if you’re leaving town, keep your thermostat set to at least 55°F. Turning the heat off is one of the most common causes of frozen pipes.
