That spare room behind the garage had a few deep mystery stains that told a story we’ll probably never know.
We worked them patiently with the right chemistry and got them lifted, bringing the carpet back to life.
Right in the center though, the fibers were damaged — almost melted and fused down. Not a stain. Just permanent fiber damage that cleaning can’t reverse.

Down in Moscow cleaning an apartment with strong cat odor in the carpets.
We pre-vacuumed, then scrubbed with our floor machine while applying our cleaning chem and odor treatment to break up and neutralize what was embedded. Finished it off with a full hot water extraction.
Unit is clean, odor-free, and ready for the next tenant.

1️⃣ Before cleaning: heavy traffic soil and compressed fibers.
2️⃣ After vacuuming only: most people are surprised how much difference proper vacuuming makes.
3️⃣ After extraction: remaining soil removed, pile restored, wear patterns revealed.

Another empty move-out today… but this one was rough.

Two-bedroom apartment loaded with hair, stains, odor, and what looked like urine—and maybe even f***s. Definitely a challenge.

I hit it with a solid prevacuum, heavy odor treatment, and a full subfloor extraction to flush out everything that had soaked in—hopefully from an overworked cat box.

Visually, it’s ready for the next tenant now. The real test comes once it fully dries. That’s when you find out if the subfloor treatment did its job.

Tough job, but that’s the work. And I’m here for it.

Tough basement job this week!

One of our clients had a rough situation — their pup had a diarrhea accident downstairs, and to make matters worse, there was also a big ink stain next to the desk.

With the right treatment and some subfloor extraction, we were able to fully flush out the pet mess. For the ink, a little EZ POG did the trick. Now both stains are gone, and the carpet looks (and smells) like nothing ever happened.

No matter how tough the stain, we’ve got the tools and know-how to handle it.

Customer said they chose us because we pre-scrub everything. Not just a quick wand pass — they wanted that deep clean.

We pre-treated heavy and hit every inch with the floor scrubber. Those dark traffic lanes? Gone. Lifted right out during the extraction.

Carpet came back to life. Just how we like it.
