Star Shine Cleaning Let us clean your AirBnB/VRBO rental so you don't have to! You charge your tenants the cleaning fee for me to do the work. But it's more than just cleaning.

I will manage your property for you while you maintain who rents it. Think of me more as a property manager than a cleaner. I will get the mail, check your grill, maintains keys or door codes, do laundry, stock supplies, yes clean, and watch for damages. I will even throw out the obnoxious renters annoying your neighbors! This business started by helping a friend out with his AirBnB/VRBO rental.

My intention is to keep my clientele list small so this business remains as a personal service, focused on providing you with the best service possible.

Short term rentals of condos and houses are the newest and best thing ever. But you need a reliable cleaner! My goal is to make your rental unit as shiny as a star for your short-term renters. The happier your guests are, the more money you make! And, let's face it, that works for both of us. My rates are reasonable and I am happy to assist during hurricane season when an extra set of eyes are more than handy to have..

What you get in my service:
Dusting
Bathrooms get a full wash down, tub included
Kitchen cabinets, counters, and back splash get scrubbed
Clean food from the fridge that tenants left to prevent spoiling
Wash fridge out
Oven will get a good wipe down or if time allows, a full cleaning
Sheets and towels get pulled and washed, if laundry available nearby
Floors swept, mopped or vacuumed
Trash taken out and to the curb
Straighten up the furniture so it looks like your photos
Any items moved are put back into place
I will report any damage to you and be available for repairmen
Keep an inventory on towels, wash clothes, sheets, dishes etc
Patio/porch will get cleaned and swept
Verify the gas on your grill is turned off and its cleaned
Change the code on your door lock or supply a key to your tenants
