Had a pretty cool moment on the water today! While working, we saw a fire boat giving a water salute and escorting a military ship through the channel.

It was one of those sights that reminds you how special it is to work around the Port and waterways here on the Space Coast. We couldn’t resist joining the procession for a few minutes and enjoying the view.

Days like this make you appreciate living and working in such an incredible community!!!

Here’s a quick breakdown of my mix ratios I use for paver sealing in the insane Florida heat!!

✅ Step 1 — Mix activator:
* 4 parts Part A
* 1 part Part B

In this example, the activated sealer total equals:
➡️ 1.66 gallons

✅ Step 2 — Dilute:
* 1 part activated sealer
* 2 parts water

Math:
* 1.66 × 2 = 3.32 gallons water

✅ Final working batch:
* 1.66 gal activated SealThane
* 3.32 gal water
= 4.98 gallons of ready to spray mix-use within 1 hour a

This lighter flood-coat style mix helps:
✔️ pe*****te pavers evenly
✔️ lock joint sand
✔️ reduce whitening/hazing
✔️ spray smoother in hot weather
✔️ avoid heavy plastic-looking buildup

Pro Tip:
Thin even coats always outperform thick over-applied coats. Pray for no rain.
