There are 3 types of customers:
Price driven
Value driven
Brand driven
In my opinion, it’s imperative that you have a solid makeup of all three of those in your business model in order to be successful.
*Price driven: I’m a little guy (no pun intended) so my overheads are low, resulting in being able to give you an affordable price while allowing me to keep providing for my family.
*Value driven: When you do business with me, I will not allow your vehicle to leave until I’m completely satisfied with the outcome. My customers will always get some type of upgrade thrown in the deal. Whether it’s a complimentary front windshield coating or an interior detail to go along with that exterior transformation.
*Brand driven: Some customers only know and want a specific brand or product that they have prior experience with or seen recommended by some influencer on social media. I’m flexible in what I am able to use, but I will not use any products without extensive research on my part. Good news is, my standard ceramic coating is one of the best in the industry, and I’m confident in stating that.
My name, my reputation, my quality, my eyes, my OCD, my ADHD, is what goes into your money. By no means am I bashing companies that have other employees. By all means, I’d love to be there one day myself, but right now, I’m able to control every part of the outcome for your hard earned money.
