Cleaning services:

-Basic cleaning & General housekeeping
-Move ins/outs
-One time clean
-Deep clean

Basic Clean Includes:

-Sweeping
-Mopping
-Vacuuming
-Light Dusting
-Tidying up

0-1500 square feet $30/hour
1501-2000 square feet $40/hour
2001-3000 square feet $50/hour

Deep clean includes:
-Kitchen (Sink, Fridge, Cabinet doors, Counters, Oven, Microwave, Table & chairs)
-Dusting (Walls, Baseboards, Ceiling fans, Air vents)
-Bathroom (Toilet, Shower/tub, Sink, Counters, Mirrors)
Plus basic clean

0-1500 square feet $40/hour
1501-2000 square feet $55/hour
2001-3000 square feet $75/hour

Laundry & Dishes additional $15/hour

Before any appointment will be made I will need to see the space I will be cleaning either in person or on FaceTime to determine how long it will take me so I can plan accordingly and we can both have an understanding on how much it will cost based on the time spent to clean.

Of course every home is different and has different needs to be met. With that being said, any special requests are always welcome, and open for discussion. For services over 40 miles away from my home I will also have a service charge for mileage which will be $5 per mile and I will not go over 60 miles away from home.
