This might sound funny, but please don’t flush “alternative” toilet paper in this time of apparent shortage. Discard it in the trash instead. It will not break down the way toilet paper does. You do not want expensive septic system problems in a few months! Even if you have city sewer, it can disrupt their services.

This is a manufactured home that we had the pleasure of general contracting. We prepped the site, poured the concrete, overseen all of utility installations, installed the skirting, landscaping and installation of the massive 60 foot long deck and the front deck.
