Board of Zoning Appeals Meeting

Purpose of the meeting: Steven Pennington, owner of 2428 W. Comet Road is seeking a 20-foot variance from Section 152.210(B)(b). This Section states that accessory structures over 144 square feet shall be 20 feet from side and rear property lines.
Mr. Pennington’s previous structure that had been there was involved in a structure fire and was destroyed. Mr. Pennington would like to build a new structure in the same footprint of the previous structure.
