The Wash House and Cafe’, Cleveland’s #1 Laundromat is searching for a friendly laundry attendant to join our awesome team.
The laundry attendant's responsibilities include helping customers, cleaning, sanitizing, and folding clothes and other textile articles.
To be successful as a laundry attendant, you are friendly and pleasant, demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and be willing to help customers with their questions.
Laundry Attendant Responsibilities:
•. Greeting customers and making them feel welcome!
•. Cleaning, Wiping, Mopping.
• Sorting, washing, drying and folding clothing and other textiles.
• Tracking which items belong to whom for wash and fold service.
• Ensuring that the facility remains clean at all times!!!
• Anticipating and responding to customers' questions, concerns, and complaints.
Laundry Attendant Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is advantageous.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferable.
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents and laundering equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds .
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Personable with excellent customer service.
*This shift is for 5pm/6pm to 11pm**
